q89 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and q89 ("q89", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the q89 online gaming platform available at q89.vin and through the q89 Android application.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on q89 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallets. Deposit methods available to your account are shown in the deposit section after you log in.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed in real time and credited to your q89 balance immediately. Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. q89 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the deposit interface. These limits may vary by payment method. q89 may adjust deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including where responsible gaming controls have been applied by the player.

• All deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in funds being returned and the account reviewed.
• q89 does not accept deposits in currencies other than PKR. Any amounts presented in a foreign currency during a payment step are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate before crediting.

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any bonus wagering requirements that may be active on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are clearly shown on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed until your balance reaches the required amount. q89 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may have their own applicable charges.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• q89 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and is in place to protect your account.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 of these Terms.
• If your account has been flagged for review, withdrawal processing may be paused pending the outcome of that review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

q89 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free plays, enhanced prize pools in bingo rooms and seasonal cricket and PSL promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page and to the general bonus rules in this section.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a stated number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is shown on the promotion detail page before you accept the offer.

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings that have met the full wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your balance.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• q89 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where an offer is cancelled after a player has already opted in, q89 will give fair notice and allow any already-wagered bonus to be treated in accordance with the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including exploiting promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to extract bonus value — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account review.

6. Betting Rules

The q89 sports betting section covers Cricket, PSL, T20, international matches, Football and Esports. All bets are placed in PKR. By placing a bet on q89, you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and agree to these betting rules.

General betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. q89 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your bet slip at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, q89's settlement rules for that specific market type will apply. These are published in the betting section rules.
• q89 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect or erroneous odds that resulted from a clear and demonstrable technical error. In such cases, your stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface.
• In-play betting markets are available on selected Cricket and Football events. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets may be suspended during key moments in play.

q89 uses technology to detect irregular betting patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified — including but not limited to match-fixing participation, insider information use or coordinated betting — q89 reserves the right to void affected bets and report the activity as required.

7. Games & Fair Play

q89 offers slots, bingo, fish games and sports betting. All random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that results are fair and not influenced by previous outcomes, player identity or account status. Game results are generated independently and cannot be manipulated by q89 or by players.

Fair play obligations:

• You must play games using only the standard q89 interface — browser or the official q89 Android app. Use of third-party software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with q89 games is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. If you discover a bug that appears to produce unintended results, you must not exploit it and should report it to q89 support immediately.
• Collusion between players in bingo rooms or any other multiplayer game format is not permitted.
• q89 monitors game play activity for irregular patterns. Accounts found to be in breach of fair play rules may have winnings voided and accounts closed.

Bingo: q89 bingo rooms operate on 90-ball and 75-ball formats. Prizes are awarded to players who complete the required pattern first. Where multiple players complete the pattern simultaneously, the prize is split equally. PSL seasonal bingo rooms may apply enhanced prize structures as stated in the room description.

Slots: Each slot title on q89 has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP is a statistical average across a large number of spins and does not guarantee any individual session outcome. Slot results are determined by RNG on each spin independently.

Fish Games: Fish games are arcade-format games where your PKR stake determines your firepower. Different targets carry different point multipliers. Game mechanics and prize rates are displayed within each fish game table.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

q89 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and game availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• q89 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on your end, or delays in payment processing caused by your mobile wallet or bank.
• q89 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
